10-week women self-defense

Be confident and learn to defend yourself with our 10-week self-defense classes. This is a crash course where you will learn practical self-defense techniques. Below is a sample curriculum. Upcoming classes begin February 20 - April 28, 2012.

  • Week 1: Basic awareness training
  • Week 2: Evasion training
  • Week 3: Basic Defense
  • Week 4: Basic Striking
  • Week 5: Sparring
  • Week 6: Counter techniques
  • Week 7: Practical application (Mini Test)
  • Week 8: Defense against common weapons
  • Week 9: Light sparring with weapon
  • Week 10: Final Test Defending against 1 or more attackers
