10-week women self-defense
Be confident and learn to defend yourself with our 10-week self-defense classes. This is a crash course where you will learn practical self-defense techniques. Below is a sample curriculum. Upcoming classes begin February 20 - April 28, 2012.
- Week 1: Basic awareness training
- Week 2: Evasion training
- Week 3: Basic Defense
- Week 4: Basic Striking
- Week 5: Sparring
- Week 6: Counter techniques
- Week 7: Practical application (Mini Test)
- Week 8: Defense against common weapons
- Week 9: Light sparring with weapon
- Week 10: Final Test Defending against 1 or more attackers
