Looking for an interesting event to attend with your friends? Learn self-defense and have fun with your friends in our group events. Choose from a single self-defense class to watching a demonstration of forms, fighting and breaking.

Sample agenda (1hour participatory):

3. Basic awareness training
4. Basic blocks
5. Basic strikes
6. Striking vulnerable areas
7. Learn to use ordinary items as weapons
8. Learn to be prepared
9. Q/A
10. Fun time! Wine and cheese with your friends.(you must provide your own refreshments, no hard liquor)

Cost

• $150 up to 6 people
• $20 for each additional person, maximum amount participants is 14
• We provide the training, you provide the effort. Our facility includes a restroom, party room and mineral water.
