Birthday parties does not have to be just cake and pizza anymore. Keep your kids entertained while learning martial arts in a fun environment.
Sample agenda (1.5 hours participatory)
- Introduction to martial arts and instructors
- Teach Hormat(Our version of a bow, showing respect to the teachers)
Welcoming and introducing birthday child - Mini silat martial arts performance
- Dynamic stretching/warm-up
- Teach basic punches, kicks, blocks, and evasions
- Have kids punch and kick pads
- Cut cake and celebrate and pizza
